This tutorial shows you how to create a photorealistic ivy leaf texture with diffuse, specular, normal and alpha mask.
Please note that this tutorial is aimed at experienced users, so if you just started using MaPZone it may be a litle too difficult to follow.

Hi!

I'm new and I really like this soft. Not easy to use (I mean, how can I do this effect? Is it better to add or to multiply? ...) but very powerful: when a material is done, you can modify/change things very quickly.

My problem with this tutorial is that I can't finish it (step 6). I can't reproduce the normal map. I have the veins and the grain of the leaf, but not the curvature of the leaf itself. And I'm worried because if I want to make 'exotic' trees, I need MapZone to have photo realistic leaves. There isn't photo for each node, so I don't know where I'm wrong. Is it possible to post the file? Just to compare with mine.

Thanks a lot,
and happy new year,
Teto.
